***Would it be more appropriate to say germs are infinitesimally small living things?**

This is too long so I shall just say the word is "acclimatise" not "acclimate"
You use "insensate" only as a literary form, not in everyday English so you would be lucky if anyone knew what you were talking about, particularly as "insensitive" is a secondary meaning
"Throne" not "thrown"
"Facile" means too easily done or lacking careful thought. Your first example is wrong.
