Does anyone here actually have a disease from smoking?Give me the real deal, none of that propoganda from the Truth.org people. I want to know how frequently you smoked, name of disease and any other vital information. Also, was it worth it? You have to consider that cigarettes are pretty tasty, and you probably looked really cool in front of friends.

Smoking is a prime and direct reason for the development for cancer. The Cigarettes provide a bad chemical for the bodies cellular infrastructure known as a Carcinogen. The Carcinogen causes a mutation within the coding of a Cell, causing it's natural cycle of Splitting, and dying to become corrupt, forcing the cell to rapidly and constantly multiply, developing tumors in the body, Cancer is currently untreatable, Chemotherapy is currently a possible fix, but it's not worth it to smoke regardless. Due to the cost, and the other multiple types of cancer it contributes to. Such a Lung, Heart, Gum, and Brain Cancer.

You want it blunt i will give it you blunt.Ive smoked 20 cigerettes a day for 40 years i am 55 now and can tell you of my own experiance.First you start to notice you maybe couldnt run as far or started with a cough in the morning.Slowly but surely these things get worse do we worry ,not a chance cigs are great, make you feel good.help you to socialise and taste fantastic after a brew or food, good eh.Then one day you have a coughing fit and find you have broncitus,Easily gotten over the first few times you still dont seem overly concerned. There to much hassle giving up and they taste so good.If you are very lucky it dosent get worse or so i thought.I watched my mum and dad die with smoke related disease with only a bit of worry that would happen to me.Two years ago my coughing fits run into each other i still smoked put it down to something else as you do as a smoker using every excuse possible not to admit its the cigs.I ended up with ashma, copd emphsema, but i know the first thing your going to think is its inherited well it wasnt.I dont preach because ive done it all myself the only good thing i can do now apart from stopping my granchildren from not starting to smoke which so far so good as worked because i said to them theres one thing in life i want and that is for them not to smoke or take drugs. So as far as i am concerned ive passed on my bit of knowledge and if it helps at all then i will feel good.By the way ive stopped smoking now for 8 months do you know why because it got in the way of the oxygen.please take note
