Add up the money that you spend on cigarettes in one month. It is incredible. As a smoker, I did not miss the money each day because it was only $ 5.00 or so a day, but over a month, $ 5.00 per day is $ 150.00. That is actually a low estimate of what I was spending on cigarettes. Put the money aside every day. After each month or two, spend the money on something nice for yourself. Pretty soon, you will have some nice things...just because you quit smoking!!!
