Incense smoke is causing breathing problems. Help?I have been lighting incense in my room the past day or so and I'v been breathing it in. I'm not aware what problems this causes but I'm having breathing problems. Any advice?

Stop lighting incense. They make these bowls that have a tea candle under then that melt a wax. You can find them in a candle shop.

allergy to incense each fragrance is made from different plants and oils change the fragrance until u find one that causes no problems
