ok....
A1- it was all around me, when my friends took smoke breaks i began to take em with them
A2- health, get a clearer conscience
A3- never smoked higher than a 7 (at my highest) ciggarette per day average, which is nothing compared to smokers puffing down multiple packs a day. Nothing serious noticed, but smoking causes post nasal drip which then leads to coughing and other chest colds.
A4- over time you create a routine, such as smoking a cig before going to sleep. if that routine can not be completed, it affects a persons concentration to the point of hyper focussing on not being able to have that cig.
A5- only 3 weeks in, but I feel that the temptations to smoke have drastically decreased. I feel positive about my decision for my health and longevity.
A6- depends on the person, i did my own thing and had to learn from my decisions and i have friends that are the same way so i do not lecture them on it. to each his own... but if a person asked, i would tell them that most smokers wish they never started at some point.
A7- You will quit, when you WANT to quit. Plain and simple.

1) Began because other kids were doing it.
2) Quit because I knew it was a dangerous habit
3) Yes, inhaling has the same effects as deep breathing for relaxation. But simple deep breathing is far more healthy and less addictive.
4) No mental changes
5) Benefits: Yes, have saved 10's of thousands of dollars over the last 25 years and have improved my health.
6) Don't even start. Consider learning deep breathing instead.
7) Quit "cold turkey" (all at once). It works. To add to the effectiveness, ask God to help. He will do it! He answers prayer!

I began smoking at 12 because a couple cool girls offered me a drag after we got out of PE

I quit smoking because they were expensive and my then boyfriend despised it.

I noticed that I developed a cough after a few years adn my fingers always stunk from the cigarette.

I was a teenager so I didn't pay attention to any mental affects.

I feel MUCH better after not smoking. I feel clean and healthy and I dont feel raspy.

I would show them a picture of what they will look like in 50 years - - all those wrinkles, what your lungs look like. Its disgusting.

For a person quiting I would say Good for them - and that they should take advantage of the government programs available for quiting.

1 I think I was about 14 or 15

2 (My wife) Had a baby

3 a) Makes you feel relaxed and mellow, and b) tightness in the throat

4 Relaxed and mellow

5 I didn't smoke regularly all the time I smoked (not even every day) but I'm sure I feel better, don't smell, bit more money.

6 Remember that smoking, once you're used to the feeling in your throat, is very, very pleasant indeed. Don't let anyone tell you it's a bad feeling. But it's also incredibly stupid, and tobacco firms are fascists.

7 Not really - it wasn't hard for me to stop because I didn't smoke much and because I didn't want to carry toxins on my near my baby. Find your own reasons and hold them to be more important than your own pleasure.

1. Stress, and Abuse
2. I realized I was too young to ruin my life, and I want to take up MotoX.
3. I lost alot of weight, and I smelt bad (breath, hair, clothes)
4. It actually helped my depression and anger. But it wasn't help just a distraction.
5. I can run longer, take larger breaths, my teeth are white, and as a teenage I can do alot more things without getting tired. My weight has increased.
6. That they need to realize what it can do not only socially, but mentally and physically, and when they light that first cigarette it may possibly be their last breath.
7. To do it, it may be hard, but it's not impossible, me my mom, step dad, sister and brother have quit smoking, my mom and step dad had smoked for about 30+ years.

Any more questions you can send me a mess.

As fotr if your intrested in age started, 9 years old, age quit 16. (Not that long of a smoker but no matter what it still messed up my lungs and body, and was still hard as heck to quit.)
