Citations for a book - What does "exact date of retrieval" mean?

Citations for a book - What does "exact date of retrieval" mean?I contributed to a book and thought my citations were appropriate. Here's just one example:

American Cancer Society. (2007). Quitline. Retrieved from www.cancer.org/docroot/PED/content/PED_10_5_IX_ Quitline_Partnerships.asp?sicearea=PED.

Editor note asks "exact date of retrieval." What is she looking for here? The day I went online and got it... or is it something else?

Thanks

When citing online sources you should put the date you accessed it, as pages can and do change frequently.
