Depression, lack of appetite and sleeplessness. But take heart after three days these will just about disappear and you will feel better than you have in years.
If you have insurance speak to your doctor about the depression is it persists he can help.

Improved short term memory - this is one of the most marked effects of long term use

improved motivation - argue all you may, the one bad thing about pot is it kills your motivation.

Improved social life - related to #2, the longer a person smokes the more reclusive they become

If you mean physical or psychological effects, there really are none to speak of . . . just an improved outlook on life.

short term memory works better, especially on problems smokers used to omit when geting high
frequent scratching
frequent headaches

& so on, & so on

All I know of is lack of appetite. I smoked a lot,and then I quit. I didn't have anything but a slightly less appetite. It's not a chemically addicting drug. I learned this in HS in drug ed. It doesn't always lead to "harder drug use" and stuff,so all that stuff they say,it's just not true. doumbek is the only one that seems to have a good idea about what's up with it.
