how bad is it, for your health, smoking a hookah compared to an ordinary cigarette?I was wondering about the health aspect of smoking the herbs from a Hookah in conjunction to that of smoking a Marlboro Red cigarette

i dont think hookah is addictive, since it does not contain nicotine...umm...it can still cause lung cancer i think....but apart from that , hookah is probably better because it doesnt have all the other ingredients in cigarretes

herbs are not cigerettes, so it has to be better. That said, your still putting smoke in your lungs so it has to be harmful in some way.
