How long each day you wear ear magnets?I recently purchased 2 different kinds of ear magnets. One kind is very strong and you only wear them about an hour each day. The others are smaller and have a much smaller gauss, they also have cloth tape on them. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long each day you wear these. They would be used for weight loss and smoking cessation at my weight loss center. I am not going to sell them until I am trained in ear reflexology but I would like to start getting familiar with them.
I use reflexology, it does work. So does accunpuncture and acupressure. I use forms of them all.
And, I think I know about exercise and diet, I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist!

Huh..... I've never heard of them before. But if the strong one has a specific limitation of 1 hour per day, I would imagine they would have a similar limitation for the other. If the packaging (or inserts in it) don't list a specific time limitation, I would suggest calling the company you bought it from, as they should know right away what limitations there are for it (and if you could use both in the same day).

Magnets do not have any effect on the body whatsoever. Neither does reflexology.

If they had any effect, they would be medical devices and you could not buy them. They do nothing, nor does reflexology. You may believe something different, but there is no proof. Do these things if you like, if you have faith in something, then you will get a placebo effect. But do not rely on any so-called alternative therapies if you have a life-threatening illness, as you will continue to get worse and die.
If you want to lose weight, eat less \nd exercise more.
