I want 5 good reason why people think smoking is harder to quit than a opiate dependence? How is this even in the slightest possible? If you don't have cigarettes for a day you can still get up and got to work. If you don't have cigarettes for four days , still none of your bones or muscles feel like your going to die. Your stomach isn't a ball of fire. Explain this to me.
And if you don't have cigarettes you can still cook and do stuff. On the third day of opiate dependence, and I am talking REAL dependant people, not you amateurs that get a mind thing going on and say, "Oh my god I need a pill."

After your valid points, I can't think of 1!

people who smoke need nicotine. it's sometimes harder for some ppl (like me) . well i get out of bed and the first thing i do is usually have a smoke if i don't have one i usually yell at someone or something. when i go to work and someone is giving me a tough time i smoke on my break if i don't have a smoke i try as hard as i can to put on a bright and cheery face. (it's harder then it sounds) sometimes if i haven't had a smoke for a while i do feel like it's the last day that I'll live.
but all in the end smoking can be one of the easiest to quit we have meds and patches ppl who pop pills have to go to rehab and make sure they don't slip.
