If cigarrette smoking causes cancer and other disease, how come there are older people smoking?People in their 70's, 80's and 90's who have smoked all their life, and still smoking. Some of these people are healthy as a horse!

They have a VERY good immune system and spleen. My grandma smoked until she died, but it was not pretty during her last few months.
