Nicotine patch dangers?I just quit smoking four days ago. I have been wearing a nicotine transdermal system. During the last several day, I have noticed symptoms such as: nausea, headache, and feelings of shock and flushedness. I'm not sure whether these symptoms are related to the patches or to the cessation of smoking. If it is the patch, I am apprehensive about quitting the patch because I'm afraid that my difficulty quitting will be exacerbated. Please give me some advice. I'm not an idiot, but I'm trying to figure this out slowly and carefully, because quitting is a delicate process. Thanks

hi, i never come a cross such side effect of nicotine patches, i know it may - sometimes caz nausea!

are you sure you use the right dosage? not overdose! eat well?
