what kind of drug test is used for pre-employment at the cleveland clinic?

what kind of drug test is used for pre-employment at the cleveland clinic? Is it urine, blood or hair? They've just implemented a strict non-smoking policy so they are going to be testing for nicotine (I'm a smoker). The 90 day cessation period is not an option so I'm trying to quit cold turkey which is not made easier by my stress concerning the situation. I just really like knowing what to expect.

Cleveland Clinic and most of its satelite offices use all three tests.

It is important to understand that what is being tested for varies greatly depending on the cost of the test (the least expensive -urine,next saliva, hair and blood the most expensive), the expectations and federal requirements to.
Also...
Nicotine and cotinine (a nicotine metabolite) are not commonly tested for in standard or extended drug tests.
But they can be detected and detection window for urine, saliva and blood is around 7-10 days
Hair tests have a much longer detection window than fluid tests
