A lot of super-models are ex-smokers. They didn't hit it big until they quit, and I don't think you will either.

Well workin'out puts all the color back into your appearance.A tan bed 1 or 2 times a month can keep that fresh look that you're trying to get back.Tip of the day next time you catch a bad cold, coughing and...quit!! No lie that's how i did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! An answer to your Q YES.

I used to smoke 30 cigarretes a day for 20 years and when I REALLY decided that it was time to quit I did it cold turkey, but I bought patches just in case it was impossible to quit, for my own surprise I never used them and what helped me a lot was to identify what triggered me the wish to smoke.... I realized that what I really liked was to have something in my hands, that cigarrete after meals and a nice gossip chat on the phone with a friend, once I identified those moments everything went just fine,
Good Luck

yess you will look younger and better.. and I would suggest going cold turkey.. and to add on to all the answers already posted..In case its really for you to quit, U can always get medical help which is available for free.. just search it on the internet in your area. They have medicines like bupropion, nicotine patches, gums and support groups to help you quit. But I think it in the best interest of your health in every way possible for you to quit asap. Other than looking older than your actual age you can get cancer of virtually any part of the body and chest complaints, leading to numerous hospital visits. So one visit to a doctor or someone who can help you.. is really worth it. :-)
