Do you think i have a heart problem?i'm not overweight and don't smoke.heart problems run in older family members though.
my heart races so fast i can see it jumping and my chest aches. this has happened about 4 times.
it feels like someone has squeezed it then let it go, this happens several times a day for a few seconds.
the doctor said panic attacks but i'm always calm and relaxed when it happens.
what do you think it is and what should i do?

sounds like heart, you should see a cardiologist to prove otherwise.
