If I have to choice to use tobacco, do I also have to choice to buy a gun and shoot myself?If the personal freedom to smoke or otherwise use tobacco belongs to me, then doesn't the personal freedom also belong to me to buy a revolver and blow my brains out? They both have to same final effect.
