I think that they are 80% right. Most of these things are just not necessary right now. And, most of the descriptions are broad and meant to sound "helpful" but the actual use of the money will be spent in non productive ways.

I do think that local fire departments are in need of some money, and anything that helps build up our infrastructure would be helpful. PUBLIC infrastructure, not furniture for the dept of homeland security, or cars for federal employees. But public facility use would be ok.

Otherwise, this is a load of crap that my kids will have to pay for...

The whole thing, regardless of which party wants it, is all SOCIALISM! The Constitution doesn't allow for any of what they are doing, but they are doing it anyway. This is the final death blow to our Republic. Until every American citizen wakes up and educates themselves that govt wasn't created to be a provider, we will continue on the same destructive path. History does repeat itself if not learned. Great Depression II will be here shortly. Keynesian economics is a failure. Ron Paul and the Austrian economists were right all along. Spread the message of Freedom, Liberty and Constitutional government and we will recover much faster. Unless of course you like being a slave. Remember, EACH man, woman and child's portion of this is $ 6,700. Socialism takes from those who produce and gives to those who do not! Morally wrong, is the only way I can describe it.

Take out 6.9 billion and add 13 billion. None of it stimulus. We truly live in an Idiocracy.
