It would absolutely help. Infact, after 12 hours of qutting the level of carbon monoxide in your blood drops, and there is more oxygen in your blood stream, so lung function improves.
After 2 Weeks, Cilia in the lungs which are responsible for sweeping the rubbish upward and outward, start to recover (which means you'd be better able to get oxygen through to your blood stream).
And, with regular exercise you'd slowly build up an even better level of fitness which would allow you to exercise more frequently and obviously at a higher rate.
Good on you for realising the need to get healthy!

It sure need to quit smoking, as it makes no goods to your health. I know clearily that it is rather differcult to do so, especialy for those who have kept smoking for quite a long time. Everything is difficult before it becomes easy! So insist on until you can work and live normally without cigarettes.
Never give up!

Cut the weed out first. If the boss finds out, you could be fired.

This program was great. Thank you so much, I had smoked for about 34 years. I never really tried to quit smoking before, I tried this program and it was really easy for me. I smoked about 1-1-1/2 packs of cigarette's a day. I would recommend this program to anyone. It is worth for every smoker who wants to quit this slow suicide habit, this is your last chance to get rid of it eternally.
