Quitting Smoking & The Pill?How long after quitting smoking does my cardiac risk decrease?
I am 33 and was a light smoker for some years. I have quit completely and am considering starting to take the pill for PMDD.
Is there a certain amount of time I should wait before starting oral contraceptives?
Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated...
