I was a smoker for 14 years.I tried countless times to quit smoking due to my asthma.Everyone in my family smokes and half of them have emphysema. Some died from it.I quit smoking for almost a year and I felt so much better.Unfortunately Ive recently started smoking again and I feel like crap.Ive got that horrible painful feeling in my lungs again and a nagging cough and my chest hurts. So you weigh out the benefits. If you quit you gain weight.Alot of weight.I went from 100lbs. to 150.Just in 9 months of quitting. Now Im losing weight but I feel like crap.

Other than the obvious answer(s) of being nicer to kiss with the better breath and all, you don't have to carry around those damn cigs that always get wet at the pool! You'll also soon (in 7-10 days for me) that you feel more relaxed and, ubless SOMEONE mentions it you may not eve think about having a Butt!
From a professional viewpoint, you'll add years to your life instead of subtracting them like you didi while you were a smoker! In a few short years of being smokfree you'll actually start to repair the lung and tissue damage the smoke has caused!
Godd luck if you're trying to quit. After smoking for nearly 40 years and having tried all there is "out there" to quit, my daughter told me THIS is what she truly wanted for her 13 th birthday so I QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how I made it this long, but it's been almost 3 months now and I STILL WANT A CIGARETTE! Guess I always be a cigaholic?!?!
