None of them! The pills, the patches and the gums are more trouble than they're worth, and the entire anti-smoking campaign is driven by those who intend to profit from these cessation drugs. Don't buy into it. If you really want to quit smoking, you'll accomplish it on your own. The track record for the tobacco cure is very unstable. Nearly all who purchase these products return to smoking within a year. A few are not that lucky. Heart and liver problems and even death have been associated with these "wonder" drugs.

I don't know what is the best, but I do know what is the cheapest. Cold Turkey was the way I did it. I didn't want to quit, wasn't ready to quit, but knew eventually the cost was going to supersede my income. I had tried the patches, but Step I was almost $ 60 with each step costing more. For that price, I could still afford to smoke.

Try homeopathics. No side effects or interractions. Completely safe and effective. Drugstore.com sells a kit. There is also a company called Wisdom of the ages, Wise choice(find them on the web) It's very effective, I've used it myself. Homeopathic medicines are cheap too.

JBs on target as everyone has fought this demon. You might also try inositol and get the kind that the chemical name starts with HEXA". It's sorta calming, well is and attaches to the receptors. Also get some resveratol and tumeric as both will stop the pathways and mutations of the cancers if any pop up, while resveratrol is like Viagra.. Take care.
