So now I'm trying to figure out which kind of exercise is most affective to help the heart return to its normal state.
P.S : I'm not fat, I'm a 91 pound 14 year old.

IT IS NOT UNUSUAL AT ALL FOR A PERSON TO FEEL THEIR HEART MISSES A BEAT OCCASIONALLY
IF THIS IS FREQUENT ASK YOUR DR FOR A CHECKUP
AT 14 YOU ARE MORE THAN LIKELY JUST FINE, BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE WORRIED TELL MUM OR DAD

Jeeze you're 14 and your worry about heart disease?
Shouldn't you be out playing hide and seek or riding on your bike at 14?
Well i guess starting young never hurt anyone.
But i think honestly that you're a little worried about this problem without 100% knowing what it is. Maybe you should speak to a professional about your heart skipping problem. Arrhythmia is a really aweful illness and early detection is vital for treatment, i would first and foremost have to recommend that you speak to a medical professional ASAP. This is in your best interests and in all honesty, you are probably fine, but you better be safer than sorry.
IF you have the problem, (only a series of tests can provide a 100% diagnosis, even though a doctor could probably take a guess), I must suggest you do what the doctor says, follow the doctor 100%. The doctor has had the training, so they will guide you on what to do.
With my heart problem, i had high cholestrol and I what I did was try to lower them without meds (I was only young, so i didn't want any side effects from meds). I cut down on all red meat, I started to do a lot of exercise by entering marathons and running, but if running isn't your cup of tea then you might want to swim.
I found this all good, but what i found really effective was cardio exercise, i think that the best cardio workout is through Martial Arts, i started learning some Kung Fu and the streches were brilliant, i got a wonderful cardio workout and not to mention some techniques to fight the muggers in my town, lol.
Mediation is very effective too, Martial Arts teaches you that so it's an all round package. Breathing exerices in yoga, martial arts etc are some of the best natural ways for your heart to get in top physical shape. Start by doing 30-40 minutes of physical exercise per day, control your diet, eat more fish and less red meat, use less salt in your food and less fatty substances like foods with high satured fat and so on.
But please tell your parents so they can make an appointment with a doctor, doctor's are trained professionals who will help you get through this. It's so much better than some stranger giving you advice over the internet.
All the best kid. And good on ya, stay off the drugs, smokes and alcohol!

Regular aerobic exercise has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease. The recommendation is 1 hour at least 5 days a week. It is unlikely that your heart is skipping. More likely you are having premature heart beats, which produce a delay in the following heart beat. This gives the sensation of the heart skipping or a palpitation. Premature heart beats are very common and usually not secondary to a serious condition. Caffeine and anxiety make premature beats more frequent. Palpitations can sometimes be secondary to an abnormal heart rhythm. Therefore if your skipped beats are frequent you should see your doctor about them. Good luck.
