whats a good game i can play with my girlfriend so we can quit smoking together?my girlfriend and i are both heavy chainsmokers at the age of 19 and we ve both agreed we need to quit now. ive made it clear to her that i dont care what she does and that she should quit for herself. i did not want to put strain on the relationship by asking her to quit for me. She always says she wants to quit but idk how much she REALLY wants to if that makes sense. today she told me shes smoked her last pack and i want it to stay that way. we re both excited by competition between each other. so i suggested we make quitting smoking a competition that i was gonna kick her ass in to spark her excitement. haha. but i cant think of any kind of reward/punishment for non-smoking/smoking. I dont want either reward/punishment to stress her out. i just want it to make her think twice about smoking. help?

Here is a good game. it's called "Don't be dumb and just stop it". Here is how you play. When you cave in and decide to have a smoke, don't be dumb and just stop it. Frick, just put it down and do something else.
to motivate you, take the money you spend on smokes (what, like 30 bucks a week? maybe more?) and put it away. in a year you have $ 1440. buy a big screen tv or something.

Buy each other a great gift, a safer alternative, which can be the first best step you take to quitting altogether? It worked for us.
