Question by Indian: Need info on side effects of cigarate smoking in elderly men?
Hi All,
My father is 52 yrs old and he is smoking cigarate from past 20+ yrs and now a days we are observing that whenever he smokes his hand shakes. He smokes with his right hand and one can clearly see his hand shaking.
Other than these instance quite a few time his hand shakes when lifting heavy plates , while doing signatures etc.
We told him many a times to quit smoking but he is not at all listening to us.
Please let me know is this sysmptom of any major disease.
How can I ask him to quit smoking.
He does morning walk for an hr daily but still this hand shaking bothers us a lot.
