Hurried woman syndrome treatment with antidepressants?

Hurried woman syndrome treatment with antidepressants? They say possible treatment with Welbutrin?? I've never been on any antidepressants. Is this an effective treatment, is there any major side effects? I also heard that this is also a form of Zyban for smoking cessation.. is it possible to have both benefits from one pill?

I don't know what hurried woman syndrome is.

But it seems this has something to do with having way, way too much to do.

Even if you take medication, you'll still be hurried and stressed. You just won't feel it anymore. In fact, you probably won't feel much of anything anymore.

One way to get a handle on things would be to get organized better, to delegate, to cut out some activities that aren't totally necessary. Take some time out for yourself every day. Even if it's just 15/30 minutes.

Good luck!

Are you exercising? Are you eating right? Stay away from the drugs if at all possible. They are definitely the last resort. So many people ignore the obvious: Lack of exercise and proper diet. If you also have a smoking problem, you are in need of a huge rehaul. Take charge of yourself, don't let it take charge of you. Commit to changing your lifestyle and just do it. If you fail, pick yourself up and try, try again. No one does it perfect the first time. The reason you are anxious is because you have made some bad choices and are having trouble coping. Keep it simple, keep it easy and fun and don't fall prey to the easy fix: DRUGS.
