Alternative treatments for smoking cessation?I am attempting to quit two habits at once; an 8 year old marijuana smoking habit and a 3 year old cigarette smoking habit. I've found in the past that quitting one causes me to lean very heavily on the other and I don't want that, I want to quit both.
I am looking for natural/holistic suggestions to help me calm my body as I go through this battle, I am building a tool box of sorts so I have a lot of alternative things to "lean on". Any suggestions?
I am interested in aroma therapy, herbal supplements, teas, etc. Anything you think might help.
[I am quitting cold turkey, I am not interested in prescription medications, I am working with a tobacco quit group, I am just looking to round out my strategy.]
Thanks!

Use Botswana Agate, wear this as a pendant and carry Hematite in your dominant hand or pocket. The Agate helps with quitting smoking and the Hematite draws out the negative energy effects felt within your body. Hope this helps!

Traditional Chinese Medicine, which includes Acupuncture, can often times help reduce and relieve withdrawal symptoms while you are going through the process of quitting.

There is no such thing as a magic pill or formula to cease your addiction to nicotine. As for marijauna, my opinion is that it is not physically addictive like cigarettes.
Making changes like this start in the mind, once you're in the right frame, it's easy.
Get the book " The Easy Way To Stop Smoking " by Alan Carr, it is highly informative and inspirational.
