Are there any ways to reduce the harm of smoking?

Are there any ways to reduce the harm of smoking?I'll be honest, I'm 15 and ive started smoking. the main reason for this is that when I smoke all I want to do Is get out and exercise... something I desperately need to do. So i was wondering if anyone could please give me suggestions on ways to reduce the harms. I know that it will never be totally healthy, but if anyone has suggestions it would help.

P.S.

No people bitching about how i need to quit, And if it helps i usually smoke Marlboro smooths if i can get them.

Smoking through your anus is known to be a little less harmful, though the technique is a little tough to get the hang of.

Inhale hardly at all.Smoke only first 15% of cigarette. If you have health problems consider cutting down.Try to think logically without cheating yourself.

Not inhaling will keep the tar out of the lungs but you'll still absorb enough nicotine through the walls of your mouth to feed your addiction. So that will reduce the risk of lung cancer, at least somewhat.

I know you mentioned you like Marlboro smooths, but if you're really into less-dangerous smoking you could try the new e-cigarettes which give you nicotine without tobacco, tar or soot. Again, an improvement, but not exactly what I call healthy.

Best advice I can give--If you smoke, you're not doing it for health reasons. Smoking is unhealthy no matter how you do it, so you have to choose between smoking and healthy behavior at some point. I wont tell you what to do with your life, but you might want to consider finding another way to go out and get exercise.
