Being addicted to smoking cigarettes?I am smoking, and it is so relaxing, but i am only smoking like when i am stressed or something bad happened to put it of my mind and relax.
Will i get addicted, and how can i avoid addiction ?
And is it true, that if i smoke more frequently there is less harm, but if i smoke less frequently there is more harm ?

Na smoking is good it clears all the bad stuff out of your lungs and liver and I heard it also increase your life by 20 Years!! Keep smoking!!

You're already addicted. Just try to quit smoking. If its hard, you're addicted. Smoking will kill you eventually. I have a family member that died from smoking. He just wouldn't give it up. Try buying nicotine patches or gum and quit as soon as possible!

The last statement is absolutely false. The more you smoke, the more you smoke. Smoking less is smoking less and keeps the chance of addiction lower. You cannot avoid addiction unless you limit the smoking to like only a couple days per month. I smoked cigs for 13 yrs. and it started with just smoking on the weekends. It took a long time and was difficult to quit. I had to avoid all tobacco for years. Now I can smoke a cigar 1-2 times a month without inhaling and be fine. But if I inhale any of the smoke or smoke more than that.. I can feel the addiction trying to convince me to smoke more. It is very subtle and it gets you and traps you very easily unless your mind is very very firm on the subject.
