Ex Smokers,When you quit smoking did you have a cough? I do not? (1 week quit)?I have not smoked for 7 days and have NO intention of ever smoking again,I am on nicotine cessation and will step done gradually.I do not have a present cough? I do have some phlegm coming up and some minor chest pain. I was 15 when I started smoking and I am now 28 (13 years) and smoked 2 packs a day for 10 years and 1 pack a day for 3 years.is this normal? Anyone else
