I'm not sure what the "porkulus bill" is, but the government has been taking money from smokers for decades...maybe they should give some back.

Well, if 5 million packs of smokes are sold each day in the U.S., and the tax increase on each of those packs is $ .61 that's $ 3,050,000 per day off of cigarette sales. Multiply that by 365 and you get $ 1,113,250,000/yr. Kind of seems like that 75 million is a token "Stop Smoking" ad. In reality they are thinking "Smoke you bastards, smoke!"
