i have a question about quitting my addiction?


i have a question about quitting my addiction?I am really addicted to monster energy drink and i have tried quitting several time b4 but i failed it is really affecting my life in horrible way. how can i quit?

I would guess weening yourself out of it. Snag a can and see if it says how much caffeine it has in it.

Take into affect how many of those buggers you tend to drink in a typical week.

Then subtract the cans you can drink per week by one every week. (No, you do NOT get roll over Monsters. lol)

Then, once you are down to a single can a week, use the amount of caffeine in it and find a single energy drink that gives slightly less energy.


You have an addiction to caffeine... Strapping yourself to a chair for 3 days is another way to go... but withdrawal can be nasty...
You may want to set up a system that makes it impossible to access more monsters or any other energy drink...
