Smoking cancer. Can anyone wth medical experience help please. Thanks?I've been smoking for a long time and I am now at this point where I cough and just throw up air until my eyes water. This also happens if i poke my stomach just below the ribs. My stomach also feels like it's full of air. and also my blood pressure is tightening. This has been going on for 3yrs already.

Yeah, that sounds about right. If you can't quit (like me), at least try cutting down to one ciggy every 2 hours...when you get comfy with that, try 3 hours...then four...and then just drop it like the bad habit it is. Cold turkey doesn't work for everyone.

I'm a Nurse so really you need to go to a DR. and have a full work up. I know it's hard to quit, but i think you might try Chantrix.
