Smoking with heart problems, risk?

Smoking with heart problems, risk?Hi, i smoke not too much. A cigarette or two a day. And.. i have pretty bad arrhythmias. Palpitations. I wore a halter heart monitor for some time. The doctors still can't give me a straight diagnosis. But, in general, i have heart problems. What will smoking do to affect this? I don't smoke that much..

make ur arteries..damage..and later things will deposit and it will lead to atheroscelerosis..


and one more thing.smokin is addictive..and even without u knowin it..u myt increase the amount of cigarettes u consume per day..

soooooo i personally wud ask u to stop smokin..:D please.

I get palpitations as well and smoking always makes them worse for me. It really just strains ur heart, I quit.....so it makes a difference, Good luck
