Will I get any sort of cancer/ other disease from smoking as much as I have? See details please!?I am 19 years old and have asthma and upper respiratory difficulties. My Grandpa on my father's side died of lung cancer. I don't think I should have smoked at all, but I've smoked hookah five times and smoked ten cigarettes in my whole life, all this past year. How much have I risked my health?

pro bally you are in risk more than normal people since you smoke and your grandma died from it

As long as you give up smoking anything for the rest of your life, your chances of getting lung or any other cancer from the little amount that you have already smoked is pretty close to zero. Deciding to never smoke again is a great decision, if you have made that decision. Bear in mind that 3% of all lung cancers occur in people who have never smoked of been exposed to 2nd-hand smoke. These cancers are generally caused by radon or other radioactive material exposure or just plain bad luck. As far as heart disease is concerned, the small amount that you have smoked (if you quit smoking now) will have no impact on your risk.

NOTHING.
5 times.... you get more lung damage by breathing in air in a big city then that.
