Could I be really at risk? Smoked pot a few times?

Could I be really at risk? Smoked pot a few times?I smoked almost every day for about a week. I've only smoked once before that and I didnt even get high, and that was almost 6 months before hand. After that pot-filled week, I stopped smoking completely just because we ran out. Now about a week later, I have lower abdomen nausea and sourness and pain under my lower rib cage. Occasionally I get a tightness up in my chest, nothing painful, just uncomfortable for a few minutes. I have some back pain, and sometimes my side right under my armpit gets soar.
Last night I had a bad anxiety attack and I thought I was dying. My blood pressure and pulse were totally normal, but I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest
I'm 15
I sleep on the couch often.
I'm also on my period.
Should I be worried? Can I have cancer or fatal lung damage?
I really need help I'm so scare.
I'll never smoke again.

I dont smoke cigarettes, either

I am just a seeker
You just caused a lot of your brain cells to be killed. So, you may feel stupid. Oops. Too bad, you already are for smoking pot.

That's just the pot baby, don't worry, it'll come out in 9 months - 3 years. It happens to everybody, but no one really talks about it. Once it is born get it to say CandleJack an-

I would highly doubt it. I smoked weed pretty much everyday for about 2 years and I've smoke cigarettes everyday for the past 3 years. I'm fine and I bet you are too. I obviously don't know what its like to be on my period but it seems like some of that could be explained away by that and the anxiety attack was probably just cause you were thinking about it too much. Just relax, your body starts to heal itself after not smoking for 24 hours.
