Do you believe that people will quit smoking if they put scary pictures on packs?Do you believe that making laws to make taking drugs illegal ever stopped anyone from taking drugs? When they made alcohol illegal it created gangs and mobs and made most people alcoholics. I believe that most people when told they cannot do something want to do it more.

They do the scary picture thing in Iceland, and everyone who's addicted to smoking still smokes. On the opposite side of the pack, it says in Icelandic "THESE WILL KILL YOU" yet people go on doing it.
