Has anyone ever been to a smoking cessation class?

Has anyone ever been to a smoking cessation class?If so, can you tell me what you learned and if it worked.

Yes, 13 chain-smoked before I walked in two years ago, zero since I walked out. 10 year smoker.

Yes! The thing is..the class doesn't cure you of smoking it only helps aide you with your effort.If you go in to the class assuming to be cured it wont work.You have to be willing and ready to quit before you go.
