i've quit smoking for 14 days. I still get cravings and think about puffing one, but always hold back. Help?How do i hold back my cravings...how do i not think about puffin away. How do I get rid of the "reward" thinking mentality of I should reward myself by smoking! I know its assinine, but just any tips would help. thanks.

14 days, you still have a long way to go. Have you tried the Nicotine patches or Nicotine gum? The gum will help with the cravings.

I quit a year ago, and still have the urge to light up. Just keep ignoring the craving....it can all end on an impulse. You are doing great! Congrats!
