How can i quit my addiction to oxygen?ok I know they say that the first step to recovery is admitting the problem. Well after about 18 years of heavy oxygen use I'm finally ready to admit it. I'm an oxygen addict. Trying to hide every time I have to indulge is just getting to be too much. I feel like someones watching all the time and it's getting harder and harder for me to sneak a breath but it's so hard not. I mean it feels like I'm dying. How can I get over this terrible addiction? It's ruining my life and the lives of my friends.
