How long does it take after quitting smoking to resume normal CO levels in the blood?I've heard it's eight hours after quitting that carbon monoxide levels return to that of a non-smoker. Just today, though, Doc Oz was on Oprah talking about smoking, but didn't mention this, even when he talked bout that sort of thing. Is that right and I just missed that part?
