How should I reward myself for quitting smoking?I have been smoking a pack a day for the last ten years. 49 days ago I stopped and haven't had one since. What should I do to reward myself?

Good for you! That's quite an accomplishment indeed!
What are some things you really enjoy? (Aside from nicotine.)
Try to reward yourself with something you enjoy.
I've heard some people replacing smoking with something else.
Something healthy of course.
Try finding something to fill the void of smoking,
like jogging or reading or taking a walk with the dog.
Things like that, you know?
Congrads on the near two month quit, and I hope the progress continues for you! :)

Good job!
Well, what do you like? Like what would be your ideal reward?
(For example, if I wanted to reward myself I would take a day for myself, with no worries, sleep in, watch some movies with my man, eat ice cream, yumm)

If you quit smoking, you save money. It's as simple as that. In this day and age of economic struggles and penny pinching, something as simple as a few extra bucks is very appealing. So how do you reward yourself? Go use the money you saved from quitting smoking! Buy a book, eat at fancy restaurants, buy small household appliances that you enjoy using, or even go on trips! All of these will certainly bring some good in your life than smoking.
Risk and reward of enjoying smoking
Ian Newton discusses how the risk of smoking out does the pleasure and that if you really want to quit smoking you will have to accept this
