I'm quitting smoking..What are some rewards I can give myself when I go a week...2 weeks etc without smoking?Small rewards...I'm not talking about going to get a $ 100 massage every two weeks...

Congratulations for WANTING to quit smoking!!!
How about a certain food treat? A certain candy bar that you love, a plate of Shrimp Alfredo (one of my favorites), or anything that you don't normally have in your diet that you like once in a while.
If you don't want to do food (or are on a strict diet or something), then how about a special activity that you like? Going out roller-blading or bike riding, window shopping at the mall (without buying anything), go play games with friends, etc.
Find something you really look forward to, and be really strict on not doing it if you haven't reached that goal. Good luck!

When I gave up smoking...
The first week I had chocolate creme brulee as a treat.
Second week I had a manicure.
Third week I bought a bottle of my favorite wine.
After the first month, I bought a beautiful pair of shoes I had my eyes on.
After that, every month I would do something special...order take away, buy a music CD I wanted...
One day I noticed I had not treated myself in months...
It is worth it!

congrats, today is actually my 2 year anniversary from quitting. i didnt do the reward thing, it was my mistake for starting in the first place. but im good now, yea me!
