Your health, what you eat and watching your blood pressure and cholestrol, exercising. Smoking is another important factor in determining if you will suffer from heart and coronary disease. That is one important thing you do have control of to determine if you would suffer from heart disease. Take all these into consideration and go on line to the American Heart Association for further advice how you can eliminate more risks of heart disease and damage.
