What is that thing that you use to keep your hands busy instead of smoking?I am helping my little sister on her homework it is based on how to quite smoking and the risks of smoking.
We are trying to remember that advert where a man was rolling paper and putting it in to his mouth and chewing on a chip. He had a white tube thing that he used instead of smoking a cigerette. I have googled it and youtubed it can't find a thing!

I flip pens around. I also chew on pen tops and gum. I am very fidgety, too.
