Shisha or Soex?I have smoked Hookah with shisha tobacco every other week and was wondering if anyone knew of Soex, the herbal alternative to shisha. What are health and smoking experience benefits/drawbacks versus shisha tobacco?

No studies on Herbal shisha yet. But logic would say it's about the same or less.
Normal Shisha - Excellent
Soex - Would rather smoke the Bermuda Grass in my front Yard
High-Life Smoke - Would Rather give up smoking
Hookah Hookah Black Label - The only decent herbal out there, when you compare it to the other two on the market, that's not saying much, but it has that distinct herbal taste.
Personally I don't smoke herbal anymore, with the small exception of Black Label Key Lime Pie. My wife Loves it so I keep it on hand for her.
