Whats the difference between smoking cigarettes and smoking black and milds?Sorry that 'm posting this up again but the first time I did I didn't get any responses.
Ok well I smoke black and milds because there sweeter and you cant really taste the tobacco but some ppl had told me that by smoking one that your actually smoking a hole pack of cigarettes.
Is that true?
Do you think I should try switching to something else?

If your going to switch... switch to GREEN SMOKE!!! They are the CLEANEST cigarettes because they are all NATURAL, but still has the taste of tobacco. They have changed my life. The best part is they don't have any toxins and they are not cancer causing.

Black and milds have a substantial about of nicotine and tar, I am unable to find the exact amount.
Do you inhale? the black and milds?
I highly doubt one cigar is as bad for you as a whole pack of cigarettes, Especially if you do not inhale the cigar smoke.
If you like black and milds. you might like some camel 99s.
