Who has personal experience with the best way to quit an addiction?I am a smoker who desperately wants to be done with the whole addiction... but cold turkey is sooo hard for me. I can go 3 days without smoking, but I haven't been able to make a week. Does anyone know the best method to use? Nicotrol, Nicoret, etc.
What really works?
No smart-azz remarks, please!!

3 days is how long it takes for most of the nicotine to get out of your system. You need to push past this. Piling on more nicotine isn't the answer. I quit cold turkey about 10 years ago and I still get the occasional cravings......hang in there!
