Does it matter? Doctors know millions of people smoke, they won't kick you out or anything. Although i have a suspision that you are underage, well if it does show then you only have yourself to blame.

A chest Xray would reveal much more perhaps. Stop smoking before it becomes too late.

no it will not. nicotine is what would show up, and it only lasts 2-4 hours. you should be fine if you don't smoke at all during the day before your test.
