Would Chantix help curb cocaine cravings?Chantix (smoking cessation aide) blocks the neuro transmitters that release dopamine, the same chemical that is released when using cocaine. I wonder if it would help?

Interesting question. Chantix hits receptors that are normally triggered by nicotine, so the mechanism is different.

I've heard that there is some early research to see it Chantix might help in other drug addictions. Way too early to tell, though.
