I think it's never, because you're born with all the eggs you'll ever have; you don't make more. If damage has been done to them, then they'll just stay damaged, but obviously they're not all damaged, since heavy smokers get knocked up all the time. Good luck.

Smoking is detrimental to your overall health, but has not direct bearing on your eggs. Quitting smoking will better prepare your body for PREGNANCY, but it won't improve the quality of your eggs or get you pregnant sooner.
